AAA Licensed Construction Corporation under the General Building and General Engineering category of the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB), engaged into building structures of shopping malls, commercial establishments, corporate offices, hotels, condominiums, school facilities / educational institutions, hospitals / medical and pharmaceutical facilities, data centers manufacturing plants, and warehouses.
With the new tech trends quickly transforming construction, we have unlocked the way we execute works by leveraging on technology and innovations including the use of Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DfMA), also known as modular construction.
To greatly improve productivity from planning, design, construction, operations and maintenance, we keep on developing sets of skills and professional competencies of our people.
The organization is expanding and gearing up for continuous capability building. On top of ensuring safety, the strength of the organization – the people, are provided with technical trainings and values formation programs to better equip them of the skills and development they need.
Our History
Will Decena and Associates, Inc. was established in 1991 by Engrs. Wilfredo and Jean Decena with their professional competence and business direction addressing both the competitive and comparative competency requirements of the construction market and the ever-changing construction industry ensuring quality workmanship cultivating customer trust and client satisfaction as its benchmark of operations.
The company is continuously striving for quality in workmanship as a construction corporation embodied in its vision of “Building a Legacy of Construction Excellence”.
The organization is nurturing a corporate culture anchored on its core values of Marangal, Mahusay, May Malasakit to live out its mission: “We build high-quality structures, relationships and our people to drive socio-economic growth for the Philippines“.

Technology and Innovation
“We are digitalizing construction driven by our vision of Building a Legacy of Construction Excellence“
We are able to link our BIM softwares to our fabrication machineries.
Our BIM capability for Structural Works enables us to draw the model up to the detail of rebars then export the rebar details and import BIM file to our rebar fabrication machineries.
This BIM initiative enables the company to fully automate the process from rebar drawing to rebar fabrication.
Digital Construction
“Digital Transformation improves Planning, Collaboration, and Capability for Automation”
We are digitalizing construction and we have slowly but consistently implemented Building Information Modeling in our construction processes for the past 10 years.
The shift towards 3D Digital Drawings has enabled our company to enhance our planning and collaboration capabilities. We are now capable of creating a single model consolidating the Structural, Architectural and MEPF aspects of a project.
With this, we are able to analyze projects better thereby reducing the implementation errors we experience. On the early stages of the project, we are able to visualize any conflicts and clashes in plan and talk about possible solutions together with our project stakeholders. As a result, we are able to engage our project stakeholders better and create faster action plans.
